Meals
I meal plan ahead of the week when I have energy and make sure to write down 3 meals a day and have snacks. Eat meals even when hyperfocus says to skip it.
Capacity binder for recipes
II organized recipes in a binder by how much energy they use up. 1 and 2 aren’t in the binder because it means take out, frozen meals or meals I don’t even have to think about to make.
3 - means a little energy but it won’t last long. Quick and easy meals I know I’ll like.
4- Means a moderate amount of energy, maybe something that could take some patience to make or just take awhile.
5 - means its likely exciting for a first bit but I’m likely to lose enthusiasm and will need more tools to make it. Homemade pasta from scratch, perogies, a new recipe that takes energy and isn’t guaranteed to turn out. Etc. Rarely used but sometimes with support can bring extra joy.
